Digital Transformation : Deliver automation, process intelligence, and analytics solutions while owning the digital platform architecture for GBS.
Track and report monthly efficiency gains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive impactful changes and share best practices.




Bachelor's degree and minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong strategic thinking, a global mindset, and the ability to influence without authority across functions and geographies.
Strong Business English communication and presentation skills.
