About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations,



ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials and products. This role leads warehouse personnel, maintains safety and quality standards, and works closely with the Logistics Department to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimize product flow, and support on-time customer deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to align shipping schedules, transportation requirements, and inventory availability.
- Communicate operational priorities, shipment status, and potential delays to logistics and
