Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the Logistics & Services business, providing strategic, commercially focused, and practical legal support across a broad range of logistics, transportation, customs, supply chain, and maritime activities. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to enable growth, manage legal and regulatory risks, support complex commercial transactions, handle disputes and claims, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The position also supports broader corporate, operational, governance, and strategic initiatives as required within a dynamic in-house legal environment.
Provide legal support for commercial contracting activities, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on customer and vendor agreements.
~Advise on logistics and transportation services, including trucking, cross-border operations, customs brokerage, warehousing, supply chain management (SCM), 4PL, freight forwarding, and maritime-related services.
~Provide regulatory advice on transportation, customs, trade, logistics, maritime,



and other applicable legal frameworks.
~Advise business stakeholders on legal risk allocation, liability, indemnities, insurance matters, and dispute resolution strategies.
~Provide legal guidance on corporate, governance, compliance, ethics, and policy-related matters affecting the business.
~Manage external counsel and coordinate legal support across multiple jurisdictions when required.
~Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, legal guidance, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
~Deliver legal training and awareness programs and promote a strong compliance and risk-management culture.
~Act as a strategic business partner by providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice in support of commercial, operational, and corporate objectives.
