The Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us strategically scale Tinuiti's most important asset - our people. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this lead-level role will serve as a key driver in building scalable, recruiting strategies, optimizing candidate experience, and elevating our employer brand. In addition to leading recruitment for high-priority roles,



you will partner directly with senior leadership, serve as a subject matter expert on market talent trends, and mentor other recruiters across the team.
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for critical, high-impact, and executive-level roles across the agency. Translate overarching business goals into tailored, proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Architect innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, networking events, talent mapping, and referral ecosystems. Serve as a strategic talent partner to VPs, Directors, and hiring managers. Provide data-driven talent insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic guidance to influence hiring decisions and align stakeholders on best practices.
Evaluate and refine recruiting workflows, interviewing rubrics, and employer branding touchpoints across the talent lifecycle.
