Salary: MXN $75,000–$100,000 gross/month + performance bonus + private medical insurance + statutory and above-statutory benefits
The company develops technology that helps organizations understand and simulate consumer behavior using AI, first-party data and advanced research methodologies. Its platform allows companies to test concepts, messages, pricing and campaigns faster while maintaining strong methodological and statistical rigor.
Mexico will be a key market for the company's regional expansion, and this position will be one of the first strategic hires in the country.
We are looking for an experienced Consumer Insights / Market Research professional who can work directly with clients and turn research questions into actionable business decisions.
We are looking for someone who understands quantitative market research, can confidently discuss methodology with clients, and knows how to translate data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Innovation, Insights and senior management.




You will combine traditional research expertise with AI-powered tools and synthetic consumer data.
Work directly with clients to understand their business and research questions.
- Design quantitative research studies, questionnaires, segments and sampling approaches.
- Design and execute client pilots using an AI-powered research platform.
- Present findings and defend research methodology with senior clients.
- Train Marketing, Insights and Innovation teams to use the platform effectively.
- Support demonstrations and help identify relevant research use cases.
- Work closely with integral Research, Product and Data teams.
- 4–7 years of experience in Consumer Insights or Market Research.
- Experience at a recognized research agency or within a Consumer / Market Intelligence function.
