In this key leadership position, you will assume overall responsibility for sales activities, order intake and sustainable revenue growth in Mexico. A particular focus will be placed on developing new sales channels and building a high-performing distributor network. You will lead and manage both the direct and indirect sales organizations, further develop existing sales partners and continuously evaluate their performance against clearly defined targets and key performance indicators. Assume overall responsibility for sales, order intake, revenue, profitability and sustainable market growth in Mexico, ensuring achievement of agreed commercial targets.
Develop and execute the Mexican sales and market strategy in alignment with the integral strategy of Rehm Thermal Systems, including annual sales planning, market priorities and growth initiatives.
Build,



manage and strategically develop an effective direct and indirect sales organization, including the establishment of new sales channels and expansion of the distributor network.
Identify, qualify, appoint and develop distributors and sales partners, define clear targets and responsibilities, and continuously manage their performance against agreed KPIs.
Provide strong leadership to the sales organization by setting clear objectives, establishing accountability, conducting regular performance reviews and developing the capabilities of employees and sales partners.
Manage and strategically develop key accounts and target customers, establish relationships with relevant decision-makers and actively drive new customer acquisition and major sales opportunities.
Take an active role in strategic customer projects, technical consultations, quotations and commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive solutions while protecting margins and commercial interests.
