We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead Standard Café —our vibrant, all-day dining destination where exceptional service, great food, and neighborhood energy come together. We're searching for a hospitality leader who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and setting the tone for outstanding service every day.

As our Restaurant Manager – Standard Café , you'll oversee the daily operation, lead with confidence, and create an environment where both guests and team members thrive.
What You'll Do
Lead the daily operations of Standard Café, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team through hands‐on leadership.
Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution across every service.
Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating needs and creating lasting impressions.
Support the implementation of service standards, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture
