Job Description
The sales manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company. They must be proactive, strategic, and results-driven, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with potential clients. This position requires a combination of business acumen, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities .



They will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by expanding its customer base. The new business manager will work closely with the sales IFT and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance and relevant Brands' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed district sales plan within expense budgets.
- Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching multi-brand Sales Team performance including setting sales targets and incentive schemes, managing Sales Force. Management Systems and KPIs to continuously improve district sales performance.
- Ensure regular updates on Sales Team skills in terms of medical, technical, and special in-field knowledge areas.
