Our client is a integral manufacturer and supplier of products serving the foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, and hygiene industries. They specialize in the production of foodservice equipment and are committed to driving operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).
Establish quality procedures, controls, standards, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
Analyze quality metrics, trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, Sales, and Technical Services teams.
Support customer issue resolution and strengthen customer-focused quality processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, Kaizen, and process mapping methodologies.
Ensure compliance with quality standards,



regulatory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety procedures.
Provide technical leadership and help drive the site's long-term quality journey.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
~5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
~ Advanced/Fluent English (required).
~ Strong background in metal manufacturing, fabrication, industrial equipment, foodservice equipment, or related manufacturing industries.
~ Demonstrated experience building, improving, or transforming quality systems and processes.
~ Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D, SPC, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
~ Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
~ Experience addressing customer concerns and driving manufacturing quality improvements.
