About the role:
The Help Desk Receptionist will consistently meet or exceed the company expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality in every task. He/She will be expected to deliver to both client and company's requirements/ tasks.
He/she will be expected to be proactive, self-thought and always looking for innovation to also motivate his peers.
Full ownership of end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks. Detailed responsibilities are the following:
Customer service
- To fully understand others' needs and be able to perform high-quality customer service.
Administrative tasks
- Attend to reception and telephone lines.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
- Receive and manage visitors in the studio.
- Report facility issues to the facilities administrator.
- Inventory engagement and HR supplies (welcome, welcome back, and perks for events).
- Support in purchasing and requisitioning for facilities and engagement.
- Coordination of taxis and corporate transportation.
- Support in the search for new suppliers.
- Support for the Shared Services and Regional Director America’s team.
- Full support in organizational and engagement events or other areas to ensure high-quality results and a wonderful experience for the participants.
Proactivity
- To ensure further assistance and to propose tasks or better ways to work within the company.
