ABOUT THE ROLE You'll help shape the future of accounting by designing, building, and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure that powers our business. This isn't a support role—it's a builder role. You'll own critical reporting systems, AI-powered workflows, and business automations that touch every department. From Power BI dashboards and SQL pipelines to GPT- and Claude-powered solutions, you'll continuously improve how teams work, make decisions, and serve clients. This is a full-time Independent Contractor role requiring exclusivity after hire. WHAT YOU'LL OWN AI Automation and Workflow Development Build the systems that eliminate repetitive work. Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs, and modern SaaS platforms
Create scalable internal workflows that improve operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success, and Operations
Build integrations between business applications using APIs and automation platforms
