The Customs Compliance RVC Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day execution of USMCA compliance programs with primary responsibility for Regional Value Content (RVC)



and Tariff Shift (T.This role will ensure products qualify under USMCA Rules of Origin requirements while maintaining strong compliance controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
Conduct detailed sampling audits tovalidatedmulti-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Regional Value Content (RVC) calculations, ensuringaccuracyof qualification strategies across diverse product categories and business units.
Managed day-to-day teams supporting USMCA compliance audits and qualification programs, strategically adjusting testing ratios and audit scope based on risk profiles to maximize preferential duty treatment.
Lead end-to-end Regional Value Content (RVC) qualificationof theclaimandRVCreconciliationprocessforIMMEXmanufactured products under USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
Manage qualification methodologies including Net Cost, and alternative origin qualification rules.
