We're looking for a Metallurgist Engineer to join our Quality Team in Chihuahua. In this role, you'll supervise and manage processes related to the production, processing, and analysis of metals and alloys, ensuring that operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with established quality standards. You'll manage assigned resources and work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Corporate teams to resolve technical issues, optimize processes, and support the company's success and growth in the sector. This is an opportunity to lead metallurgical performance, strengthen technical capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across casting and metal transformation processes.
Daily process walkthroughs, monitoring metal transformation to ensure quality standards are met.
