The Role
The Brand Campaign Specialist plays a key role in leading general integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, webinar, and event channels. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, creative teams, and regional marketers to develop compelling programs that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The adecuado candidate combines strong project management skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.
Additionally, this role is expected to actively leverage AI as a strategic and operational capability to increase marketing effectiveness, accelerate execution,



and enhance decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Top-of-Funnel Campaign Planning and Management: Lead strategy, execution, and performance of brand and awareness campaigns that increase market visibility and demand.
- Content Development and Optimization (Blogs/Open Letters, Ads, Social, Video, Web, Email, Infographics): Create compelling multi-channel content that strengthens brand positioning and supports campaign goals, often in partnership with subject matter experts and creative vendors.
- Webinar Management & Production: Plan, promote, and produce global webinars from concept through execution to engage audiences and generate qualified interest.
- Social Media Strategy & Content: Develop and execute social media strategies and content that grow audience engagement, amplify brand reach, and support business priorities.
