Job Description
We are looking for a
TikTok Shop Manager US
to own and scale our TikTok Shop operation in the United States. This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role




responsible for the end-to-end performance of the TikTok Shop channel. The role goes far beyond content or influencer marketing — it combines
store operations, affiliate management, paid media execution, and commercial analysis . The TikTok Shop Manager US will operate the channel autonomously, execute the strategy defined by the eCommerce Manager US, and be fully accountable for
GMV growth, ROAS, conversion rate, and account health . This role also has
direct leadership responsibility
over an Affiliate Specialist and plays a key role in building scalable processes for creators and shoppable content.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily operation of
TikTok Shop US
through Seller Center: product listings, inventory, orders, returns, and account health. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, attributes) to maximize organic visibility and conversion. Monitor and protect
account health metrics
