As a LATAM Manager Information Technology,



you will play a key role in leading and supporting Cat Financial IT resources in Mexico, ensuring strong alignment with regional business priorities, enterprise IT standards, and integral delivery expectations. This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, operational execution, and regional influence while enabling high-quality IT services for Cat Financial across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

What You Will Do
- Shape Talent & Workforce Strategy: Develop a scalable workforce strategy, strengthen local talent pipelines, and lead early-career programs and team development.
- Drive IT Delivery & Operational Excellence: Oversee application development, IT support, and service delivery while ensuring quality, business alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Enable Compliance & Local Governance: Advise global leaders on Mexico labor requirements and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to ensure compliance, onboarding
