As a Principal Engineer at Gigamon in Mexico, you will help design, build, and scale the platforms and products that power deep observability for the world's most demanding networks. You will work as part of a highly collaborative, cross‐functional engineering team focused on delivering robust, secure, and performant solutions. In this role,



you will own complex technical problems end to end, from design through implementation and deployment, while driving best practices across the codebase. Your work will directly influence product quality, customer outcomes, and the evolution of Gigamon's technology stack.
What you'll do:
Design, implement, and maintain high‐quality, production‐grade software components and services for Gigamon's observability and networking products. Lead end‐to‐end delivery of complex features, including requirements clarification, architecture and design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment. Participate in and often drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate closely with product management, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions. Improve system
