MAIN DUTIES -Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question. -Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style. -Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.
