Health Safety and Sustainability Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for coordinate Health & Safety, Administrate Medical Services Team (Doctors & Nurses), Maintain the system aligned with the corporate standards. Also, will audit the controls required for legal dispositions, permits in Federal, state, city hall, manage root cause analysis and present the information to the EHS internal team, perform safety assessments for machinery, building and installations Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Lead
workplace
safety
and
environmental
compliance
programs , ensuring adherence to company policies and all applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations.
Investigate
incidents,
accidents,
and
near
misses , preparing reports, issuing safety alerts,



identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce risk.
Develop,
implement,
and
monitor
safety
initiatives
and
accident
reduction
programs , including tracking, analyzing, and publishing monthly safety statistics, KPIs, and performance reports.
Coordinate
emergency
preparedness
and
response
activities , including managing Emergency Brigades, maintaining contingency plans, and collaborating with government authorities to ensure readiness for emergencies.
Provide
safety,
health,
and
environmental
training
while
promoting
a
healthy
workplace
culture , leading the Safety and Hygiene Committee and driving continuous improvement in employee safety awareness and environmental protection.
If you have/are: Bachelor's
degree
in
Chemical
Engineering,
Industrial
Engineering,
Environmental
Engineering,
or
a
related
field.
