Unified Communications & Collaboration: Minimum of 5 years administering the Cisco Collaboration stack (CUCM, UCCX, Unity Connection, CER). Identity & Network Access Control: Proficiency in Cisco ISE and 802.1X protocols. Ability to manage endpoint identity policies, troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues for UC devices, and ensure accurate hardware profiling within the network access architecture.
Network Foundation (L2/L3): Strong command of Campus Routing and Switching (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus). Ability to diagnose and resolve Layer 2 issues (VLANs, Spanning Tree, PoE) and Layer 3 issues (OSPF/BGP, QoS/DSCP) impacting voice and video traffic.
Video Integration: Experience supporting multi-vendor video solutions (MS Teams Rooms, Webex, Polycom)



and ensuring interoperability between legacy VTC hardware and modern cloud collaboration platforms.
Configuration Management & Documentation: Experience maintaining Network Topology Diagrams (Visio), port/cable maps, system SOPs, configuration backups, version control, and formal change-management records for audit readiness and disaster recovery.
