MezTal is looking for a
creative, organized, and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager
to join our team and work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients in the
Senior Living technology industry . In this role, you will own and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on
brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across the North American market . You will work closely with the client's Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop go-to-market campaigns, manage digital channels, create content and visual assets, support industry events, and ensure marketing activities generate measurable business results. Because you will collaborate directly with U.S.-based stakeholders and create content for the North American market,
professional English communication skills are required . Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaigns
Design and execute integrated demand generation and go-to-market campaigns. Develop
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
initiatives for priority accounts. Manage marketing automation and CRM campaign processes. Maintain campaign and lead data quality within the CRM. Partner with Sales to define and maintain an effective
lead-handoff process . Track campaign performance and contribution to pipeline. Events & Conferences
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Manage pre- and post-event marketing, including landing pages, email campaigns, invitations, and promotional materials. Coordinate virtual and on-site logistics and work with external vendors when necessary. Support post-event attendee follow-up and lead generation activities.
