About the Role
We are building a category-defining lifestyle brand in the pet space and are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands that creative is the growth engine.
Your work will directly influence millions in paid media spend and materially impact revenue. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Creative Strategist and video editors to transform deep consumer insight into high-converting paid social creative.
This role is not about aesthetics. It’s about measurable performance.
Role Overview
Your responsibility is to understand what makes the customer act — and translate that into creative that scales.
You will:
- Identify motivations, objections, and psychological triggers
- Develop structured creative concepts rooted in consumer psychology
- Own the full lifecycle of performance ideation — from research to execution
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
Core Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop original performance-driven creative concepts
- Write high-converting hooks, scripts, angles, and detailed briefs for editors
- Generate new concepts consistently and iterate on winning angles
- Build creative around structured hypothesis testing
Consumer Research & Psychology
- Conduct deep research into customer personas and emotional drivers
- Analyze reviews, comments, competitors, and market trends
- Identify objections and buying triggers
- Align creative to awareness stages and psychological frameworks
Platform & Performance Expertise
- Deep understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem
- Familiarity with Meta’s Andromeda system and creative-driven scaling
- Build creatives optimized for algorithmic distribution and broad targeting
- Analyze performance data and refine strategy based on insights
Collaboration
- Work directly with video editors to execute concepts to a high standard
- Collaborate closely with senior strategy leadership
