As a
Paid Search Specialist (Americas) , you will play a key role in scaling our customer acquisition efforts across
Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada .



You'll manage and optimize our paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing, working closely with the Head of Marketing (Americas) and European specialists to hit ambitious growth targets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, is always testing new ideas, and wants to make an impact across multiple markets. What you will do:
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms. Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to improve performance. Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to drive ROI and reduce CPA. Support localization of campaigns to ensure market-specific relevance. Work cross-functionally with marketing intelligence, webshop, and e-commerce teams to align on funnel strategies.
