Job Description

Primary Function of Position:
Achieve along with a functional team,



performance goals for Production Line. The goals will include Safety Incidents, Absenteeism, Turnover, PL, DN, NCR, Scrap, Prod Plan, Efficiency, Hour’s accuracy, Down time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.
- Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.
- Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing.
- Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their development plans (TAP), reward and discipline employees, manage conflicts.
- Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
- Onboarding, tracking requirements for new employees.
- Deploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/RCA.
- Motivate, provide expectations and feedback quarterly and on stan up
