Requirements Proven experience growing a consumer product in Mexico Hands-on paid marketing: managed real budgets, can show results Strong analytical skills: cohorts, CAC, activation, retention Able to execute directly, not just manage agencies Heavy AI tooling user Fluent Spanish and English Mexico City preferred
