About the role

As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you will monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements. You'll be a critical safeguard against supply disruptions — identifying risks early, driving recovery plans,



and keeping shipments on track so our customers receive what they need, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks that could impact customer deliveries or manufacturing operations
- Driving supplier recovery plans for critical shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, and logistics disruptions
- Managing delivery assurance processes and working to achieve day‑to‑day delivery assurance objectives
- Implementing solutions for shipment coordination, sub‑process suppliers, and technical assistance to ensure on‑time delivery, and identifying root causes impacting delivery performance
