We are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled Recruiter, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, in this role you will be responsible for developing strategic Recruitment processes.
- Key responsibilities.
- Deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Develop sourcing activities, activate several sourcing channels, participate in Talent events and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews,



collaborating with Hiring Managers and other colleagues involved when required.
- Support the implementation of effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the HR Manager on key HR metrics.

What will you need to succeed as a Recruiter?
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role (+5 years).
- Experience in the automotive and automation industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Initiative, innovative approach to operational topics and curiosity.
- Solid understanding of HR software and systems.
- Fluency in English is required
