What You'll Do:
As our
Email Marketing Specialist
in Mexico, you will be a key player in developing, executing, and maintaining our digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets. You'll use your expertise to create compelling content and optimize performance.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Email Campaign Ownership:
Strategize, build, test, and monitor a variety of email marketing initiatives, including complex nurture and automated digital campaigns using tools like Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
Content Creation:
Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to create high-quality, bi-cultural content for emails and other digital touchpoints.




Digital Strategy:
Develop and oversee various digital strategies, including email segmentation, optimization, testing, and other digital marketing efforts like social media community management and retargeting.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Own the analysis of campaign effectiveness. You'll track, report, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
Project Management:
Take full ownership of the digital marketing portfolio from ideation and development to final implementation and execution.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and help meet performance targets.
