Job Overview

TE's Aerospace Defense & Marine Division is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer to support process development and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.

In this role, you will own manufacturing engineering deliverables for assigned NPI projects, provide DFM/DFA input, develop robust manufacturing processes and tooling, support qualification and product launch activities, and help standardize manufacturing practices across multiple sites.

This position offers broad exposure to cross-functional NPI programs and opportunities to grow as a technical leader in manufacturing process development. The role is based in Hermosillo, Sonora, with occasional travel across North America to support manufacturing deployments.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.




Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
Experience designing, developing, and deploying manufacturing equipment, machinery, and processes in production environments.
Strong hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead technical workstreams.
Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing tools to improve or establish manufacturing processes.
Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
Strong project prioritization and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
