Located at the Parque Internacional Industrial (next to the Airport), we are seeking a bilingual Medical Billing & Recovery Specialist who knows how to drive hard bargains. The Mission (How You’ll Make an Impact)

- Aggressive Negotiations: Call US-based providers and insurance companies to challenge and reduce medical expenses associated with client treatment.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure every dollar saved is documented and every medical record is organized for maximum firm efficiency.
- Insurance Liaison:
Work with health insurance providers to verify policies and ensure medical expenses are covered or reduced to fair market rates.
- Performance Accountability: Work within a structured, results-oriented framework where your productivity is tracked, recognized, and rewarded.
What We’re Looking For

- The Closer: 2+ years of experience in high-stakes communication (Collections, Sales, Insurance, or Legal).
- Bilingual Excellence: 100% fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll be talking to US professionals all day.
- Attention to Detail: You can spot a billing error from a mile away and won't stop until the numbers add up in the client’s favor.
