About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions on our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, and enjoys building scalable solutions that improve the client and agent experience.This role will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while continuing to develop deeper platform expertise.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, primarily supporting Service Cloud features such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
- Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.




- Assist in developing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration tools.
- Build and maintain Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD or deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and defects during development and testing phases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on
