We are seeking a proactive, strategically minded
Seller Operations Manager




to own the operational health and growth strategy for a portfolio of 8 to 12 mid to large scale Amazon accounts ($5M+ ARR). Reporting directly to the Director of Seller Operations, you will serve as the primary operational lead and the central communication hub, simultaneously guiding external client stakeholders and leading an internal pod of 3 to 4 specialists (analysts, copywriters, and designers). This is a
dual track leadership role
that requires equal focus on strategic client communication and internal execution. Rather than reacting to suppressed listings or stockouts after they occur, you will be expected to forecast inventory risks 2 months in advance, align operational roadmaps with advertising teams, and translate complex Amazon mechanics into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical business owners.
