Sales Manager, Mexico
Are you well established within the Video Surveillance, Physical Security, VMS, Video Analytics, or Camera industry, with a strong technical understanding and a hunter mindset? Irisity is looking for a Sales Manager for Mexico to help drive the next phase of growth for our AI-powered video analytics solutions.
This is a hybrid commercial and technical role. You will combine sales and business development responsibilities with the ability to understand, discuss, demonstrate, and help position complex technology solutions with customers, partners, system integrators, consultants, and technical stakeholders.
As a Sales Manager for Mexico, you will play a key role in executing the commercial strategy within one of Irisity's most important territories in the CALA region. Working closely with the Sales Director, Mexico, you will develop existing accounts, identify and win new business, and support opportunities throughout the full sales cycle - from initial engagement and technical discovery through solution positioning, PoCs, and closing.




The idóneo candidate is commercially driven but technically curious and credible, able to understand customer environments, ask the right technical questions, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
About the role
Your main responsibility is to execute Irisity's commercial objectives in Mexico while acting as a strong technical point of contact for customers and partners.
You will work with System Integrators, Channel Partners, End Users, Consultants (A&E;), and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, position Irisity's solutions, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing System Integrators, Channel Partners, End Users, and Consultants.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Mexico.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through qualification, PoC,
