- Assume overall responsibility for sales, order intake, revenue, profitability and sustainable market growth in Mexico, ensuring achievement of agreed commercial targets.




- Develop and execute the Mexican sales and market strategy in alignment with the general strategy of Rehm Thermal Systems, including annual sales planning, market priorities and growth initiatives.
- Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, applications and business opportunities to strengthen Rehm Thermal Systems' market position and expand its customer base.
- Build, manage and strategically develop an effective direct and indirect sales organization, including the establishment of new sales channels and expansion of the distributor network.
- Identify, qualify, appoint and develop distributors and sales partners, define clear targets and responsibilities, and continuously manage their performance against agreed KPIs.
