- Support SQEs in advanced product quality planning with suppliers during the product development process, ensuring defined quality objectives are met.
- Support serial production and corrective actions to ensure the sustained quality of the product.
- Support the incoming quality inspection process for purchased parts, including sampling and the acceptance or rejection of submitted samples.
- Support supplier claims reported by serial production and serve as the point of contact for corrective actions.
- Support APQP and PPAP management activities.
- Follow up on the quarantine of suspicious supplier material.
- Implement the SQIP system for supplier quality information.
- Follow up on supplier samples in the Metrology, Chemical, and Metallurgical laboratories.
