We're looking for a strong candidate with a passion for coaching and developing people to take on team lead responsibilities within the Compliance Operations team.



Compliance Operations serves as the 1LOD function within Checkout.com, where the teams in Compliance Operations are responsible for performing sanctions screening and transaction monitoring reviews throughout the merchants’ lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team to support by driving exceptional individuals and collective performances across the Compliance Operations teams.

What your responsibilities will be:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Compliance Operations team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Checkout.com’s operating principles (Talk Straight, One Team, Fundamentally Positive), establishing a high-trust, high-performance culture from day one.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations for team members.
