Corporate Trade Manager

As a Corporate trade manager you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing Mexico trade compliance activities, with an emphasis on IMMEX compliance, Annex 24 inventory control, BOM, Annex 30 and trade compliance data management, maintenance of certified company regulatory requirements, tariff classification support, customs technical reviews, and proper application of preferential trade programs, including USMCA. The role provides day‐to‐day compliance guidance, drives process ownership and controls, supports audit readiness, and coordinates compliance activities across Mexico operations. IMMEX Compliance Lead IMMEX compliance activities, ensuring full adherence to applicable legal requirements and internal controls.
Oversee Annex 24 inventory control processes, including inventory accuracy, reconciliations, data consistency, reporting, and audit readiness.




Manage BOM and trade compliance data within the trade system to support accurate customs declarations, FTA analysis, IMMEX controls, and regulatory reporting.
Own and strengthen internal controls, compliance monitoring, and audit support activities.
Lead detailed FTA eligibility assessments and rule‐of‐origin interpretation, including tariff shift analysis and regional value content (RVC) calculations.
Lead training and awareness efforts on USMCA and other applicable FTAs.
Serve as a primary trade compliance partner for Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Tax, and customs brokers.
Provide guidance and decision support on compliance considerations for new projects, system changes, sourcing decisions, and operational adjustments.
Lead internal stakeholder training on IMMEX and trade compliance requirements.
6-8 years of experience in international trade, customs compliance, IMMEX management, or
