Are you passionate about employee benefits, HR operations, and delivering an exceptional employee experience? We are looking for a Benefits Administrator / HR Operations Specialist to support the administration of U.S. benefit programs, payroll coordination, employee support, and HR data management within a dynamic general environment.
What You'll Do
- Administer U.S. employee benefit plans and enrollment processes.
- Ensure accurate benefit deductions and payroll coordination.
- Support employees with benefits, leave, and HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
- Coordinate with benefit vendors and external providers.
- Assist with leave administration and employee case management.
- Support U.S. mobility and immigration-related processes.
- Perform audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance initiatives.

What We're Looking For




- 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and immigration processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Benefits experience.
- Open Enrollment support.
- Leave Administration and COBRA knowledge.
- Reporting and data analysis experience.
- Experience working in multinational organizations.
