You will be responsible for the technical execution, operational efficiency, and health of your team's engineering output, ensuring high-quality, scalable software delivery. Lead and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
Own the overall health, scalability, and quality of products within the team's domain.
Drive technical execution and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.




Facilitate and continuously improve team processes, including development, planning, on call rotations, bug triage, and metrics review.
Drive execution on projects/goals that may extend beyond the immediate team's scope, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in quality, velocity, and efficiency.
Manage team capacity and resource planning, ensuring the right talent is allocated to meet project goals.
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
