Enactor is seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of its unified commerce platform for enterprise retail clients. Based remotely in Mexico City, this role involves working closely with global teams and customer stakeholders to configure, customise, and integrate retail POS and store systems. This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role ideal for professionals with strong retail systems knowledge, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering scalable, high‐quality solutions.

You will be working with technical and business people within customer teams to define and implement application configurations, application enhancements, customizations and technical integrations between systems.
Much of the time you will be working with our customers and partners defining functional and technical requirements in the area of POS, store inventory and customer systems and assisting them in configuring our applications to meet their requirements.
