- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in educational leadership, or consulting within the education sector.
Experience in stakeholder management, working with government officials, or leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience in digital transformation, AI in education,
education technology, or system-level strategy design and implementation.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and building sustainable partnerships in diverse settings.
- Deep understanding of learning science principles and the challenges facing contemporary education systems.
- Strong communication and consensus-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
- Proven track record collaborating with national or regional ministries of education to deliver expansive, technology-driven systemic initiatives.
