8+ years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Excellence, Maintenance, Operational Excellence, or a related field, including experience in managerial or leadership roles.
~ Proven experience in large, global Consumer Goods organizations, preferably within companies with mature manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement systems.
~ Experience working cross-functionally and driving maintenance and operational excellence initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, influencing stakeholders and translating strategy into execution.
