In this role, you will serve as the Business Process Manager (BPM) for the RSK process, "Managing by Risks." This position reports directly to the EVP, Quality, Continuous Improvement & Risks. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Safran Cabin's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all entities, processes, and major programs.
- Identify, assess,



and monitor enterprise risks that may impact the achievement of business objectives.
- Partner with risk owners to develop, implement, and track risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with Safran risk management procedures (GRP-059) and effective utilization of the RiTo2 risk management tool.
- Consolidate and analyze company-wide risk data, including risk exposure trends, risk ratings, risk mappings, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present risk assessments and recommendations to the Risk Committee and Executive Committee (COMEX) for review and decision-making.
- Evaluate risk management maturity across entities and processes using the established maturity framework (GRF-0050).
