Oversee delivery planning and ensure delivery to commitment within cost parameters across programs responsible for. Share CI wins and best practices with others, and seek out and leverage general best practices to accelerate operational excellence locally.
Collaborate with CM/CD, Financial Analyst, other departments to drive improvements in the financial performance of program(s) responsible for, sharing any best practices established.
Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
