Description Position Overview
Our client is seeking a talented and driven
Project Designer
to join our Project Management & Design Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of design plans for both new construction and renovation projects, specializing in
Educational Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E;) . The idóneo candidate will possess a strong blend of spatial creativity, technical CAD/3D modeling skills, and the communication prowess needed to interface directly with clients and our sales team. Key Responsibilities
Space Planning & Design:
Create comprehensive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for multiple styles of educational facilities. Presentation & Pitching:
Develop and present engaging design concepts and service capabilities to potential clients. Material Selection:
Source and select fabrics, finishes, and color palettes that align with specific design concepts and overarching architectural plans. Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a key liaison, managing day-to-day correspondence and communication with clients,
project stakeholders, and internal sales staff. Technical Design:
Utilize specialized industry software to produce high-quality CAD drawings and immersive 3D visuals.
Requirements 2–4
years of industry experience specific to commercial project design, a big
plus
if you have experience working with
Furniture . Strong knowledge of interior design and custom furniture solutions is highly preferred. Software & Program Expertise:
Proficiency and hands-on experience with
AutoCAD ,
Giza 2020 / CAP , and
CET Designer (Configura) . Technical Skills:
Proven capability in generating precise CAD drawings and detailed 3D models/visuals. Travel Availability:
Must be available and willing to travel within a designated regional territory as needed to support projects and client meetings. Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for ongoing correspondence and collaboration with clients, project stakeholders
