Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: $19,161.00 - $31,161.00 MXN gross per month
- Unlimited sales bonus - no cap, tied directly to your performance. Your results, your earnings.
- Attendance bonus: $2,000.00 MXN per month
- Grocery vouchers: 10% of salary, beginning at permanent contract (after 90-day probation period)

- Referral program: up to $500.00 MXN per successful referral

- No evenings. No weekends. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Because our customers are in the U.S. and Mexico no longer observes daylight saving time, this schedule shifts by one hour - to 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - during the U.S. daylight saving period, roughly March through November.
