Description We're looking for a
Head of Recruitment
who can own hiring strategy and execution end to end for a fast-growing, globally distributed team. This role is built for a scrappy, systems-minded leader who knows how to recruit at scale for remote roles, move fast without sacrificing quality, and build repeatable hiring engines from the ground up. We are specifically looking for someone based in Latin America with deep experience sourcing and placing LatAm talent across remote roles.
You understand the Latin American talent market, know where to find strong candidates across executive support, marketing, technical, and operational functions, and can build pipelines that consistently deliver quality hires from the region. This is not a passive leadership role. You will be hands-on, deeply involved in sourcing, process design, and closing critical hires.
