We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who lives in
Cidad del Mexico
and be available to conduct some field research and client visits in person. Possesses extensive experience in user research, data analytics, with the ability to connect to strategic insights.
Your mission: In this role, you will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and align with business goals, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change,



delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.
Responsibilities : Conduct qualitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences. Utilize quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, analytics data) to analyze user interactions and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with data teams to analyze user behavior data and identify trends and patterns.
Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and assess the impact of design changes on user experience. Strategic Collaboration: Present research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Work closely with product manager
