The Role
As a IT Operations Team Lead at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of enterprise platforms aligned to business‑critical environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure availability, performance, security, and continuous service improvement under strict SLAs.
