What this role is all about
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions, industries, and target accounts. This is an individual contributor role within the regional sales structure,



reporting directly to the Business Development Lead. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers through modern outreach channels, and generate qualified meetings that contribute directly to regional growth objectives.
The BDR role is also designed as a key talent development position within the commercial organization, offering strong exposure to Sales, Customer Facing teams, and strategic pipeline generation activities, while preparing you for future progression into Mid-Market and Tier 1 customer-facing roles.
